I just had a question if you stay in america for 90 days with the waiver program is there a way to stay there longer or maybe how much time does it have to pass between 2 times that you go there for 90 days?

Look i've thought of everything. She can't come study in my country as we have no big Universities and if i study in the US it costs alot of money which again i do not have. We made a deal we'll meet when we both make a bit of money and then we'll see what to do. Thanks for all the answers i appreciate it.

Additionally, your visa interview will be back in your home country.
At what part of the getting the K1 visa is the interview? at start or at the end? how many months does it even take from beginning to end for it to get accepted?

But it's hard to wait even longer since i've waited for a year already i just wanna be with her and if i could move to USA i could live myself but i can't come there for just a visit.

So meeting is the only way?

But if we get to meet somehow then the application should be accepted 100%? or is there anything that we can get denied for?

Well first of all our finances aren't really in a good situation at the moment and second of all we are both still in high school and i can't just leave in the middle of the year. I thought going to USA over the next summer but i cannot afford it neither can my parents.

Well i'm 17 year old boy dating a 17 year old girl and we talked about me moving to the USA and the only way we saw it was to get married. So we said we should wait till we're both 18(next septemeber) so im asking if there is a way I could get the K-1 Visa approved without meeting her (i would meet her if there was a way but there isn't and i thought of everything). Thanks for your answers
she's a US citizen and im from Europe.
