    Waiting for the medical results is driving me crazy. They keep telling hubby they will call when they have them. I tell hubby call them everyday.

    Finally got Case Complete!!!!!

      It was delivered on the 4th of April. The first one was sent on the 27th of March and delivered on the 28th.

      Its crazy how 2 different reps tell u 2 different things. I have no idea if the DS230 they accepted was the one that i sent that was unsigned, per instruction from another rep, or the new one I had the hubby rush to me after he signed it! Another tells me today that if other documents are received after Case Complete, then it reopens the case and you get a new date. I just got off the phone and the rep said that it isn't true! WTH

    I am reaching out to CR-1 couples with spouse in Nigeria and South Africa. Just because I am filing for my hubby in SA. I welcome other CR-1 couples. I don't know if my case was transfered or not.

    I really don't understand what really is going on with the process in Minnesota. Have been reading/seeing a lot of couple getting approved before us. going through their timeline seeing that it took them just 3-5 months from date of filing to getting approved in Minnesota. Its been 9 months still nothing from USCIS. Am so confuse, i really don't know what to do! Can someone please advice me on what to do next? is so depressing.

      I would suggest making an Infopass Appointment to talk with someone regarding your case and bring along copies of all your petitions along with supporting evidence since you filed.
