    Can someone please tell me if I can pay the new USCIS immigrant fee of $165 online and have my fiancee travel to USA the same day or I have to wait. Your help will greatly appreciated. The reason I ask I heard u have to wait for couple days after getting your passport to travel.. please help me.

      K1/K2 visa holders are NOT subjected to pay the $165 because K visas are non-immigrant visas.

    How long people should wait in other to receive packet 3 by e-mail once NVC sent it out to the embassy
