Any news from Atlanta yet?

Can you tell me more about your I-130 approval from Atlanta? Mine is also being processed at the Atlanta office. When did you receive your NOA1? Sorry for all the questions but since.you don't have a timeline filled out, I figured I would ask you.

Had a great infopass appointment today in Columbus! The ISO told me we should be seeing our approval within the next 45 days! Finally feeling hopeful again

Have you received a case complete with NVC or an interview date yet? After looking at your timeline I am praying that it hasn't taken from February up to now and still no interview date. My husband's interview will also be in Nairobi so I just thought I would see how long you really have waited for an interview date. Thanks for your help. Best Wishes!

Hi Jill, Thanks for checking on us. Being apart has been so hard. We are going on 5 months of waiting for our NOA2. The wait had been tough but you give me hope that someday we will have our happily ever after like you and Ben. How are you both doing?

Hi Treva, I haven't talked to a tier 2 iso yet. I called one day but got disconnected about 30 minutes into the wait time. I got so frustrated that I haven't called again. I work pretty much the exact hours that the USCIS call line is open so it makes it hard to call. Have you had any luck getting a tier two on the phone? I am trying to be patient about this wait, but it's hard.

I haven't heard anything either. It is so hard to see so many people who filed after us get approved before us. Why is Atlanta moving so slowly? I am sure we all wish we knew the answer to that.

Just checking in on you. We are almost finished with the NVC. Just waiting for our case complete (next week hopefully) and then for our interview to be assigned. How are you doing? Did you make it through NVC yet? Wishing you the best.

Last touch was Sept. 26 on our case so now we just patiently wait and pray for our NOA2. I hope it comes soon.

Not sure if.my other comment posted on accident. Anyways, we were also transferred from CSC to NBC then to a local field office due to the case overloads. So your approval gives me hope. Hope you celebrate the NOA2 today. Best wishes as you move
