Thanks sa reply friend. Actually, yung expired kong passport under my maiden name dahil nabyuda na ako. But my fiance pala filled up his "Fiancee Petition form" under my married family name. Kay he advised me to renew my Passport under my married name na alng. Pero maiden name sa visa application ko. Baka binase nila sa old passport copy ko nang nagpadala ako sa USCIS...

Hi my new friend,
Well, John, my fiance is interested to stay here in Manila after his retirement. And i liked his decision. It depends on your lifestyle. John wants cooler places like Sagada, Palawan or even Tagaytay. But there are now developing places in the Visayan and Mindanao Island. How about giving me your email address, so we can exchange words better. Byeee..

Hi,
Am so carried away by your emotional love story. But life never ends there. Actually, i didn't find my fiance on dating site. A very good friend of mine who's currently living in the States introduced him to me. It was really unexpected and luckily we did get along well. If i were you, find your "true love" to a trusting filipino/filipina friend.

..finally after long months of waiting, my NOA2 is finally approved, Happy New Year, luck year indeed. God bless everyone...

Are you asking 90-days between NOA1 and RFE? Please clarify your question further. But if that's what you're asking, you need to submit what evidence USCIS requires you to submit. My fiance's submission of his certified divorce copy was delayed due to some technical problems on their country's own database...

i need to rectify my RFE date bcoz USCIS delayed adjudication till they get valid copy of my fiance's divorce papers. Am glad it has finally arrived and am now waiting for their final assessment after 30 to 45 days..and am keeping the faith..

Hello, first USCIS told my fiance they will send a form he needs to sign, and he kept waiting for about two months. But they never sent any. Then, they ask for a certified Divorce Decree, Unfortunately, my fiance could not produce one because the County States data system was damaged. So, he decided to hire an immigration lawyer. Our lawyer requested USCIS to wait for our cert.div.decree..

Hi VJ's, Am just curious. Do we really need to wait 60 days for NOA2 after RFE was sent. How credible is your timeline which only says we need to wait for only less than two months? We are so stressed waiting for almost 8 months and still no NOA2... Thanks for your reply.

Ouch! 60 days for the service request? I thought they had to answer a service requests in 30 days (or maybe less?). Now you've got me thinking if our RFE isn't answered in a month and we put one in it could be another two months before the service request is past the date. At this point, I have no faith in VSC finishing work on our petition without some serious intervention.
