That's only because we had to send it to someone to put the money order in first, and only then it was shipped to the lockbox. We sent it abroad on the 14th, it reached them, they added the money order, sent it to the lockbox, it got there on the 2nd, and we got our NOA1 on the 4th. I updated all of that in a post I opened.
Hopefully yours should be coming soon.
