It depends on what kind of evidence you are required to provide.
Our was only a petitioner's passport size of photo.
And my husband sent it out by a registered mail not express post.
So, it took a few days to arrive then 1 week was for reviewing.
1 more week to approve our I130. It wasted us almost 1 month time.
Good luck!
thank u so much im sending the evidence monday pray for me!!!

CONGRATS im so happy for u!!

Sorry! But just do what you're requsted to do and you'll be approved...once uscis approves you it's usually a short period of time to process at nvc given that everything is in order... Take heart the journey is worth any pain!
its so nice to see people that u dont know try to help u thanks
do u know how long it going to take till i get approved

At least you know they are finally looking at your petition! Just follow the RFE instructions explicitly and make sure to put the colored RFE paper on the top of the pile you send (but make a copy of it for your records). This is because they get so much correspondence every day they want to know immediately when they open your envelope what its for so they can direct it properly. Prayin' for you!
thanks but after all this wait i was hoping to get the approval

Please fill in your timeline.
Are you saying you filed a year ago and there hasn't even been an interview yet? Which stage are you at? Any red flags?

and I haven't got any responses this is the first responses i get from them i'm always calling them i'm waiting for my

When you arrived in the US, were you issued an A-number? You definitely should have been. They are just trying to trace your identity back to when you arrived I guess. The A-number helps them do that. Good luck!
thanks please pray for me it's been a year and i'm waiting to get a response
-
OK WHAT ARE YOU FILING FOR?
i 130 for my husband
-
The A number is your Alien registration number. It mentions the petitioner, is the petitioner an American born citizen? Usually a US born citizen will not have a number.
I AM IN US citizen BUT I WAS NOT BORN IN US

hey everyone Today I got an email from the Immigration Service Officer
Thank you for your inquiry. On August 23, 2012 an Immigration Service Officer from the California Service Center responded to your service request by informing you that the petitioners A file is required to complete the processing of this petition. We have requested the A-file from our File Storage Facility. Once the file is received, we will complete the adjudication of this case. If you do not receive a decision within 60 days of this inquiry, please contact csc-ncsc-followup@dhs.gov. Thank you very much.
umm does anyone know whats an A-file? and from whom did they required it?
does that mean I'm about to get a decision? -
Congratulations
pray for me ! plz

this is the reply i always get when i email them
This e-mail acknowledges receipt of your status inquiry concerning an I-130 petition. We recognize your interest in a final adjudication on your pending petition and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. The California Service Center is committed to processing this workload, and will be making every effort to adjudicate your case in an expeditious fashion as soon as available under our resource constraints. Thank you for your inquiry. -
please use a telephone on Tuesday, when USCIS is open.
i will thank you so much plz pray for me
-
Do you at least have a receipt number starts with WAC since you are at the California Service Center? Have you looked online USCIS.GOV and see if anything has happened with your case.
And yes what Darnell says. Answer back so we can help if we can.
yea i did get in receipt number when i check online its the same thing since i started its not changing
-
were you a USCitizen prior to the I-130 being filed?
IF SO, somethings amiss.
Did you move and not tell USCIS?
If so, somethings' amiss.
Please to call INTO USCIS on Tuesday morning, and inquire for casefile status.
Ask specifically if there are returned mail pieces with your name on them,
of an ISO.
SEE ISO - http://www.dhs.gov/files/publications/gc_1305658440339.shtm
Then report back here for what's what.
IMO, do NOT file a service request JUST YET, as it will delay things.
yes i was a USCitizen I've been living here since I was a child did not move
plz tell me what to do ?
thanks for ur help

..all I can tell you is wait...

-
wow.....you need to contact USCIS (800-375-5283) as soon as possible and ask them to put in a service request for you.
I would also contact you congress-person, they are there to help you with immigration matters.
