my brother name missplled at NVC, i emailed them to update the name of my brother, there is same problem that we have? thank you for reply

as far as i know you dont need it because my wife arived here in usa with my son they dont ask for that

i just call the NVC to get update my fathers pettion and the agent told me that pettion was case complete today.. thank you lord for the bessing and one more step waiting for interview date soon.. :-)

filed petition I-130 at USCIS July 12,2012

Received first notice at USCIS July 24,2012

Approved petition at USCIS and send application at NVC OCT. 03,2012

Paid AOS FEE OCT 23,2012

Received the DS-3032 form from NVC Dec.13,2012 and signed send it BACK in the same day to NVC.

NVC received my signed DS-3032 FORM DEC.17,2012.

and now we are waiting for I-864 package. no response yet from NVC ...hays.....waiting be patient and prayers....GOD

you dont need to wait for I-864 package just download it and fill it up to make sure call the NVC

congrats just prepare all the document so its process faster

just do it yourself so you can save money

dont forget your CEMAR its different from marriage certificate just in case they ask you..

my wife got interview yesterday at manila embassy after she answer all the question the consular said good luck.. is that means is shr approved? they took her passport together with my son passport and they ask for her telephone number is her visa is approved?

our case was complete on Aug 16,2012

our intervew date for my wifes interview in Manila was issued today

Oct 16 is our big day 6:15 am

time for me book a flight to see my wife soon

Gus is my favorite NVC rep.

I have only spoken to him twice.....but he is sooooooo nice.
