    Hi all,

    Just wanted to share with you that we checked the status of K1 petition last thursday at USCIS web, and saw that we got a RFE. The RFE hardcopy was sent on September 13th but my fiance has not gotten yet. We don't know what this RFE is about, the only thing that comes to our mind is that my fiance changed jobs after he submited complete file?

    we are saddened for more wait...

    Please Rusty and I have received the NOA1 on April 04, 2012 for a K1 visa. We were expecting to hear something (NOA2) by Sep 04; but we hve not hear anything yet? 5 months are up and every time we are getting more worried :( ... Is anyone else in the same situation please? I will appreaciatte your comments.

      like i said earlier, every case is different. No one knows why those you filed before gets approved faster than you, its all a mystery........ i got approved after 7 months and 18 days and some people i filed way before already got approved... you just have to wait that's all you can do... hopefully it will come soon.

      Hi, I got approved after almost 6 months. Every case is different because different adjudicators look over cases and some are faster than others. Remember that. Good luck and call USCIS after 5 months and 2 weeks has passed. That's what we did
