Where did i say it was a sham? like i said i came here with a good intention and lived together before for a while, and she changed her mind after we got married, so now I'm the one to blame because she changed her mind!!

I had my interview yesterday in Vancouver and we're approved!!! I'm sooo excited to marry him, I'll be leaving for the US in August
It took us 10 months from the day we filed, a long journey, but it was worth it (taken outside the embassy yesterday )

Your medical is valid for 6 months which is also the validity of your visa. If you jump the gun on the medical you may need to go through it all over again or be issued a visa with a very short shelf life. You would be wise to wait.
