missed this site so very much, but my husband arrived on July 2,2013 thru JFK. This journey, has been long and emotional, but I THANK ALMIGHTY GOD for HIS blessings. We paid the $165 Visa Fee on July 12, and GC arrived after 3 weeks. SSN arrived a week before GC. He is anxious to start a job, and we've hit the pavement looking and filling applications. We are working together to make our marriage work. My prayer is for every one of you to be with your loved ones....Please take care of yourselves.

OUR GOD IS GREAT!!!!!...VISA Approved today @ 2nd appointment.My Husband had his interview last week and additional information was requested pertaining to the beginning of our relationship. Let me start off by Thanking VJ.I have learned a lot from this forum. Reading some of the things here have been scary @times especially since Nigeria is difficult, but my GOD makes the impossible,POSSIBLE.My hubby was able to get a 2nd appointment 1 week later and now we are on to visa pick up.Again big Thank you to VJ,Saylin,Ndu and Dwheels....mote to follow later.

If you applied in Feb 2012,then you need to call immediately and speak to a Tier 2 @USCIS.Have you been checking on your status? I'm sure the marjority of Feb 2012 Filets are @Embassy Stage or are completely finished with Visa in hand.We applied in June 2012 and my hubby has interview next month...

Guys, we received our interview date for Lagos this evening after calling everyday, and twice today...I pray everyone here gets a case complete and interview date soon.God bless you all!!!

I'm always on the edge, it took almost 8 months before we got NO2 approval and I thought our application @USCIS was some how accidently shredded. Me and God have had plenty of conversations with me begging and crying< 'why is it taking so long?"...there are people who have been approved way before us, but I finally realize that everyone's situation is different. If you get approved fast/early...then GOD BLESS YOU!!!

AOS appears as PAID, and just received my Letter of Employment...will send out Monday after work...Next IV invoice

I am getting really confused about the NVC....I got the NOA2 in mail on 1st Feb 2013, and i have since been confused on what to do..I keep getting a response like to call them or wait for the NVC to contact me on case number....its confusing me now...
what exactly is NVC sending me, is it just the case number or AOS and DS-3032...
Again on the DS-3032 form i saw online....
i need to understand a few things on how to fill out DS-3032.
1.- Place Case barcode Strip . Do they mail this barcode with the form?
2.- Can I download a copy of this form? or does it have to be the one NVC sends out? I also read it has a case number barcoded on the top.
Can someone please tell me exactly what i need to do...should i wait or just call...

Okay that literally gave me tears of laughter and joy.

Now shhhh to tell everyone. But this is a good to know thing for those legitimately can't get documents to NVC.
Usual you have to go to all the governing bodies and get notarized letters staing u can't get a BC or PC.
I thank God for favor we did try but we sure will have these at interview. And good they are done with March cuz I am soooo not ready.
That 6 1/2 months living in Nigeria seems a distant memory its been 10 months 15 days.
I should be there end of this month a full month to now have our formal wedding, honeymoon, do medicals (the doctors not me LOL) and INTERVIEW. We won't POE until after May 3rd our 2nd wedding anniversary. So no ROC for us. YAY baby. Okay I am babblin.
