Hi All,

Could anyone help me with my few questions here, I'm applying AoS I-485 based on Asylee status, since I was let go by my employer last month and have been receiving Food Stamps for 1 year, what is the possibility to get fee waiver approved? There are 4 of us, me, wife and 2 kids. My wife is still working parttime only.

If I were declined, they'ld send back the papers and I can re-apply with the sufficient amount of check?

Anyone who has been approved with the same condition, please advise.

If you live with your family and filing together , you need to file G-325A, (Biographic Information) for you not the kids, maybe your wife, so i encourage you to file that for your wife also anyway its free.

I'm applying green card based on asylee status, filled I485, there are 4 person, me, wife and 2 kids. Could someone help me, do my wife and kids have to fill G325A for each of them or just me? Or just the adults, me and my wife? Please advise.
