  • Our Story
My love and I met while I was attending the wedding of one of my frat brothers at a resort located in Runaway Bay Jamaica. There were several obstacles and reasons why we should not have crossed paths on 9/8/11, but we did at the right time, and at the right moment in which God had pre-ordained for us to meet (SERIOUSLY...like being an acquaintance and not absolutely close friends with my frat brother; the wedding originally scheduled to be in the states, but changed at the last minute; almost cancelling my trip to Jamaica TWICE prior to the wedding; the resort being in Runaway Bay and not one of the major Jamaican destinations; me heading in one direction to use the restroom, but then my course being changed by a friend pointing me to a restroom closer to the pool; my fiance being in the same location as me after leaving the restroom, even though he hadn't been in that location in over 2 months, but ended up there because he was doing a good deed for someone, etc.) .

My love is not only a good man, but he is a wonderful, God fearing man that is not just in my life, but has added value to my life and is as excited as I am about starting and building our lives together.

To God be the glory for bringing us together. Never would I have imagined that the love of my life and my future husband would be a resident of a foreign country (and that's coming from someone living in the Washington, DC Metro area). One thing is for certain, be specific when and in the things that you pray for. Speak positivity into your life and put out the same into the atmosphere and God will take care of the rest.

Best wishes and many blessings to all of the VJ'ers on this site! =)

  1. Hello Visa Journey!!! I have actually been following this site since February 2012, but just created a profile. I, like soooo many other VSC filers, have been waiting for over 6 months to find out if my package has been approved. Still waiting...patiently...but waiting still to get the word!
