NVC will always say wait, that's their number 1 line. It takes about 10 business days from them to review your documents, After the 10 business days call to find out if your case is complete. Once case is complete it will be place in queue for interview. Seems like March interview dates are completed which means you'll be in line for an April Date. Best of Luck!

It takes about 10 business days from the day that NVC received your packets. I would recommend calling on the 8th business day and onwards to find out if your case is complete. Calling is the best way to find our if your case is completed. Sometimes, NVC will send an email saying case complete, but not always.

Your attorney will be assigned as your agent of choice and he/she should be able to make the payments.

If you have an attorney on file with your case, your attorney will be able to pay for both at once. If you don't have an attorney of file, the petitioner will be able to pay AOS and the benificary needs to submit the DS3032 to assign and agent of choice, once accepted the agent can pay for IV. If you have an attorney, no need for the DS-3032.

I don't know much about my embassy besides what's written here. Its not as Bad as the MENA embassies, I was there once for some notary docs and everyone seemed very friendly. I got all my documents in order for the interview, usually the biggest thing is evidence of bona fide relationship and I got lots of those, so I think it should go well. I was hoping to get an email today with a date, but unfortunately nothing yet. Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow I hope i get an early February date. How's everything on your side? I can't wait for you to change your timeline to Approve

IIN is the invoice identification number, you will need this to log on online to pay the AOS and IV fees.

Come over the the NVC dec. thread. Being proactive in NVC can get you a case complete as early as 30 days. I should be getting my case complete soon, its been exactly 30 days since my NOA2.
