I was quoted some very low prices by St Raphael travel in Manila. They claim they have special prices for K1 applicants with Cathay Pacific, Philippine Airlines and American Airlines. They quoted me very good prices that included the 1620 peco travel tax. I have never used them but have heard there reliable. It might be worth a look if your considering buying ticket in phil.
has anyone bought a ticket from them? is it legit thank u though

i will bring both affidavit of support I-134 and the I-864
if the applicant used I-1864 they usually got approved for co-sponsor rather than using the form I-134 goodluck
thank u...
-
The I-134 is the document requested for the K-1, but the I-864 is better for when doing the co-sponsor route as USEM can be very fickle about allowing a co-sponsor with the K-1
so my co-sponsor and I have to fill up I134 and i-864??
-
Yes, both sponsor (you) and co-sponsor need to complete the I-134c. I suggest you & the co-sponsor complete the I-864 also as the Manila embassy can be very "iffy" with allowing a co-sponsor with the K-1 visa.
so the I-864 too, i thought just the i-134 for k1 visa??
-
Hi just quick question, i am the pettioner, my mom will helped me out for the sponsor, does she need to fill up a separate i134 form???

Three and even much more can be approved, they are very particular that all the documents are there, or the certified letter from whoever can't provide them stating whatever documents are unavailable.
Good Luck!
thank u

Yes, without knowing what the RFE says its hard to help you.
As far as "all the paperwork" ..... It must include certified copy from relevant courts showing the charges and disposition for the convictions along with complete incident reports form the relevant law enforcement agency including blood breath and urine, the order of conviction and sentence, the petition and order for discharge or case history showing the judgement has been satisfied. If documents are non-existent then you must have a certified letter from that agency stating so.
In short, if you had 3 dui's you should have had about 30-40 pages of ORIGINAL court and police documents as well as spelling out the charges in your cover letter.
I'd like to hear what the RFE says to help more if we can.
30 or 40 pages, r u sure the court says they dont have it, all they have is my dui all the dates
so it means i get denied??
