  1. I was quoted some very low prices by St Raphael travel in Manila. They claim they have special prices for K1 applicants with Cathay Pacific, Philippine Airlines and American Airlines. They quoted me very good prices that included the 1620 peco travel tax. I have never used them but have heard there reliable. It might be worth a look if your considering buying ticket in phil.

I worked in a passenger ship abroad for 1 yr. and I dont need to provide any police clearance from the countries weve been or traveled since we worked at sea and not landbased. This requirement only needed from all places lived since age 16, but not applicable to seaferers like me and your fiancee.

    thank u.

  6. Yes, without knowing what the RFE says its hard to help you.

As far as "all the paperwork" ..... It must include certified copy from relevant courts showing the charges and disposition for the convictions along with complete incident reports form the relevant law enforcement agency including blood breath and urine, the order of conviction and sentence, the petition and order for discharge or case history showing the judgement has been satisfied. If documents are non-existent then you must have a certified letter from that agency stating so.

In short, if you had 3 dui's you should have had about 30-40 pages of ORIGINAL court and police documents as well as spelling out the charges in your cover letter.

I'd like to hear what the RFE says to help more if we can.

30 or 40 pages, r u sure the court says they dont have it, all they have is my dui all the dates

so it means i get denied??
