I think the choice of agent form is sent to the foreign spouse, so it‘s important that they have both emails. Aww thanks, I hope next week we get our case # i will keep you updated

Oh these are GREAT news Jen!! I'm so happy for you!I think you can just start gathering the documents in the meantime...Did they already ask you for the email addresses? Because they will email you the DS-3032 form and also the IIN (invoice identification number).

My husband just called NVC today and well they have no Case # for us yet :/

We have still 1foot in NVC stage, but we are still waiting for our case #, my husbandbwill call again, i hope thay have it....the average is between 10-15 days after NOA2,but we have no choice, but waiting...hopefully your NOA2 will be this week!! .greetings

Oh yeah, somehow things are workibg and our papers are not just sitting inside a box for months! hehe. my husband called nvc today as well and they received our case on Jan 21st, but it‘s not in the system yet. Im happy to hear that you are 1 step closer to start sending the docs to NVC!! yay!!

Here we don't start officially our journey at NVC, we are still waiting for our case to get there, but my hubby will call again this friday...I hate that we are still 'on hold' and we can't move on faster. but oh well.

Yes I have seen some cases that get the case # quickly and some others have to wait longer :/ I thought that since our cases were at Vermont, it would be quick to take them to NH (where NVC is located)...I was a little naive! LOL. Yes, we have pretty much all ready my husband will wait a few more days to ask for his employment letter, and thats it!. And you? how is the paperwork g...

He even said that he just dialed the number and pressed the #1 and he got inmediately to an operator. NO NEWS yet though, they told him to call back in 15-20 days,because they don't get anything yet from USCIS regarding to our case, but he said he will be calling back next friday LOL.

Ouch, so it seems like WAITING is a constant here as well but you know what? somehow I feel less stressed out after NOA2, at NVC stage at least we know that it won't take another 7 months!

Hello! Thanks! We are waiting now for our case # at NVC, it's gonna take a few days still (well, seems like waiting is a constant in this process hehe) but I have hopes that it will go smoothly!

Hello! Still the same...nothing yet,BUT tomorrow is monday (haha)and they will be back to work at USCIS after the weekend, so I hope to get the approval by this week *fingers crossed*

I am sooooo happy for you, and your approval is definitely giving me hope to get approved soon as well Today is definitely not my day, feeling depressed and all....but these good news make me feel hopeful to get NOA2 anytime!! P.s. yeah it makes me feel worried to know that there are still cases pending from april /may, I just hope that our cases will get approved when all June cases are processed and we won‘t be left behind ....ahh this is stressing me lol. Maybe you have read my post, we placed an e~request from the website, but at the end it didnt work, since we got this email that states that we are still within normal processing time But if you can get the service request from the representative over the phone,i think is better!!
