I will have my interview on May 13 YAY I wish it was sooner, but what really matters is that the interview is scheduled!

We just called today and the operator said: Your case is complete!I am still a little shocked,I can't believe it yet haha Did you get an email or something that states that case is complete? or you just get the magic words (CASE COMPLETE) from the operator?

Hello Angelique! NVC process is going great! A little delay here and there, but nothing compared with USCIS super long waiting. Today I filed the DS260 and I am emailing the supporting docs

We went through that long waiting and I know that is very frustrating to see some others being approved and moving forward, while your case is sitting at NVC

Tomorrow NVC will be closed bcs of the holiday, so I will be waiting till tuesday, MAYBE by then they have reviewed my DS-261...I really hope to get good news!

Did you get any approval of your AOS yet?, at NVC they say that takes up to 20 business days, but I hope it won't take THAT long!. I still have some hopes on getting an interview appointment on April! anniversary + interview . Are you and your husband going for CR-1 or IR-1 visa?. My husband and I got married last year so it will be CR-1.

YAY We are waiting for out DS-261 to get approved :/ hubby called NVC today and not yet.Can't wait to get invoiced for IV fee! (haha the happiest $230 charge).

Hi! I read that there was an approval of June 18th, they are getting closer! Hopefully they pick up your case!.

NVC is closed today because of snow storm in the east coast but our AOS fee was cashed today! So we are sending our AOS package by email.

Oh yes, I have heard UPS is more reliable than DHL for example, it's a good idea to use their services

We got invoiced today and we just paid the AOS fee woo hoo! It's awesome how quick this process goes by and inch by inch we get closer to be done with it and go for the interview!!

YES! It can be anytime now June 4th, so let's say that 14 days after June 4th is JUne 18th...YAY

We got yesterday the case # beneficiary's ID and IIN, ALL at once! Oh, I am doing EP so I don't have to file the DS-3020, instead I filed the DS-261 online. But I think you're right, you have to fill the form, sign it and scan it. I was a lil confused about which form to use, I had a draft of my DS-3032 signed and printed, and I didnt know that I didnt need it

But we will try to make the payment soon *fingers crossed*. Since I am from Mexico, we will do Electronic Processing, so first I have to OPT In and fill in a diff form online, instead of the DS3020, but it's the same info at the end.

You will be able to make the payment soon ;)it seems like for us who have been waiting for months at USCIS, the few days waiting at NVC to invoice (for example) won't make us panic. Somehow things seem to move on here!!
