Interview tomorrow...

Looks like you two are coming up on your packet 3 soon, congratulations!

It looks like you are getting closer. Have you called the NVC to see if they forwarded everything to the US embassy yet? I didn't wait and called them to follow up. I called the Embassy too... they seem to send the documents pretty quickly once they reach the NVC.

Thanks for letting me know! We are trying to rush everything and get him here by October 4th for our son's birthday, so I am just trying to know what to expect. It looks like things have been moving along smoothly for you and your husband since he arrived in the US.

I booked my flight out for the interview... I don't think my nerves would have let me miss it. I just want everything to be perfect!!!!

I was reading your embassy review and it was really helpful! Thanks for sharing! We are about to interview next week and I am really nervous. I wanted to ask you, how long did it take for you to get the visa after the interview?

Interview date set for September 27th and fingers are crossed that no more gets lost before then and everything from here on is smooth sailing!

A lost passport equalled a delay in everything! At least the goverment offices were nice enough to give him an appointment to get a new one two weeks before there were any scheduled openings.

I'm stressing about packet 3... so worried we will miss something, and I really want him here by our son's birthday which is only a month away.

Tico time has prevailed, we get packet 3 on Tuesday.

8 months sounds like a long time to be waiting, I bet you will be getting your notice any day!

Just called the NVC and tehy sent out our paperwork to the US embassy in CR on 8/10!!! Moving along...

Waiting seems to be the hardest part... currently we are waiting for the NVC to process.
