I took your advice and I called my senators office and they just returned my call. They said they can't do anything until after I hear back from USCIS which can take 9 months because returned cases are not a priority. She did say that after I hear from them and we don't receive good news, to call her back and she will call the USCIS office on our behalf. She also said she feeling it was the 14 yrs age difference that sent up red flags to the embassy. But she did give me some hope in that when issued a 221g on a white form, it typically means they need more documentation, and we will eventually be approved. So we wait!

I'm going to try to be there for my husbands next interview. I don't know if it will help or not but I feel I need to be there.
