    Do you know whats AP(advance Parole) i received a notice saying that my wife was going to receive a temp. greencard for one year until they made their decision on removing the restrictions on her greencard. this is consider Adavance Parole right. should i be worried. Thanks

      ohhh. This is completely normal and part of the process. Since your wife's greencard has "expired" this extends it's validity for one year. She should carry a copy with her at all times along with her "expired" green card. If you all have to travel she should present this document to border control. Some states require this document to renew her license. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have anymore questions.

      By the way, she will not receive another card until her ten year card arrives. Sit tight. Everything is going good so far. Await the biometric letter now.

      Thank You, what a relief i was panicking stressing thinking the worst. Yep California is taking about 6 months but hell they could take longer if they want as long as everything rans smooth. Gracias.

      No, Not at all we filed for our removal of conditions in sept in the california service center and no word yet, I did an inquiry request last month and they said they are still working on our file.

    My wife's Green Card was aprove Yesturday!!!!!!!! It says wait 60 days for the Green Card!!!!! Thanks Visa Journey Our Journey Shall end once we get my wife's Card. Thanks

    sry for not responding sooner. congrats. oh it took me and my girl 7 days to receive the visa in juarez but some people d receive them sooner such as same days its not a myth. good luck

    its been 7 days since we been back in Los Angeles. everythings good. visa approve and got married just waiting for next month to apply for change of status. : )

    man, well what can i say, when i went to schedule my appointment everything was full til early oct. :(. but i guess at the end it work out i saved some cash for the expenses. so Good luck, with ur interview i will be rightt behind you by a couple of weeks.

    once again thanks we went to aerobus.com and purchase the tickets from guadalajara and cd. juarez. we were going to take the bus but its was cheaper to fly lol. THANKS. THE REVIEW WAS VERY HELPFULL

    hey whats up, man i havent been able to see how long its taking to receive the visa after the interview, but im hoping to get it fast like you and ur fiance did. Thanks for th review. hey one las thing did they ask for ur MEXICAN POLICE BACKGROUND CHECK FOR THE BENEFIARY ??? because i dont have it for my fiance and i dont know how to obtain it. Thansk.

Juarez says it takes ten days if they send it a Juarez DHL so im hoping my interview and visa and everything else goes smoothly. so tell me about ur port of entry if u dont mind. Its says ur entering from SAN DIEGO. r u flying from juares or taking the bus from juares to san diego
