Well the problem is that in 2009 and 2010 my husband was unemployed so - no tax reports.

In 2011 he worked for the last 6 months so the tax report shows annual gross income just a couple of hundreds less than it is 125% poverty guide .

He is working whole 2012 (so far) so maybe we will wait for 2012 tax report to submit our I864...

The 2011 tax report which I submitted is below the 125% poverty guide for my household size,just work too for at least 6 months. I just do have the employment letter showing my expected 2012 annual earning that meets the 125% poverty guide...it works, at least for my case

Submmit the W2 he has and a letter from his place of work stating the annual earnings

I agree with @adesteve..I just submitted my 2011 IRS tax transcript (just migrated 1st quarter of 2011 - and employment letter/certificate of employment with my annual salary (above 125% of poverty level for my household size)...and everything went well...good luck...

Hi! you can check status of your payment at the online payment portal, mine took 3 days to "PAID" status.

Yes, i receive the IV invoice after they receive the DS3032, i think invoice will be sent to whoever you appointed as agent on your DS3032.

give NVC a call about your case, it won't harm.

@simplyjane, you should have your IV Invoice by this time, received my wife's IV Bill/Invoice a couple of days after NVC received her DS3032(thru DHL tracking).

You won't get a reply though from NVC that they received the DS3032.

6 working days past since NVC received DS230 and civil documents.

hopefully will not take them 20 days to complete the case

DS3032 & AOS Invoice received last July 13th.

IV fee Invoice received Aug. 8th.

on PDs as far as Jul '11. I am sure u get yours the soonest.
