    Hey VJ Family!!! How is everyone??? I am sooo sorry I haven't logged in for a while. Life is good.. Hubby and I moved, bought a new car and we are soo happy to announce that I am 33 weeks pregnant! Only 7 more weeks for Miss Emily to be in our arms.

    I want to thank EVERYONE. . I couldn't have done it without my VA Family. My husband has been in the US since Nov 7th. He surprised me for my birthday. Had our first Thanksgiving together with my family :)

    Thank you GOD!!! My husband got his visa yesterday... After 11 months and 3 days of Administrative Process!! Finallyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!! I have not bought his plane ticket because we are not sure what is the right thing to do and I need help VJ Family.. We have not been married for 2 yrs yet.. actually it will be 2 yrs on Oct 25th so my question is should we just wait until its been 2 years so that he wont get the conditional permanent residence? is it a big hassl...

      Yea. That's the perfect scenario. Just wait until you have at least 2 years married before entering the USA. That way when he arrives, he can get his 10 year Green card instead of getting the 2-yr card (saves money and waiting time for new card).

      wow que bueno!! muchas felicidades!!! it was about time!!! and yes, that is a very smart move!! wait until ur 2 yrs of marraige is here!! just one more month y ya!! and if that's the case, if u buy ur plane ticket now for that date, u might save money on that airfare as well ;)

    hey girl... did your hubby get his visa? mine's going on 23 since results from medical exam and passport were dropped at embassy and nothing yet :( I hope you have great news for us.. Crossing my fingers :)

      Hi sweetie, its been five weeks and my honey hasn't received anything yet, I sent them an email and didn't get a response I called DOS and they said to contact the embassy I did and they directed me to that 800 #. I'm not sure what's going on, I'm just going to leave it in God's hands.

    OMG!!! Gracias Dios Mio!! Sabia ke no te olvidarias de mi.. GREAT NEWS GUYS... my husband received a letter from the embassy on the 17th reuqesting him to redone his medical exams since they had been expired and once he had the results to drop them off with passport at the Embassy so that they can issue the visa.. Well it was all dropped off on Aug 1st, they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks but that it would probably be ready in less time.. I CANNOT wait to have him here in...

      Congratulations, I am waiting for my fiance to get his visa, he did the medicals all over again and dropped them off and I'm checking CEAC and still says Issued going on two weeks now.

      Thanks everyone.. Sorry I havent been here to reply. Ive been super busy with work. My hubby is still waiting for his visa to be issued. Arghhh its been 23.. so hopefully sometime this week it will be done. Im getting super anxious we are so close yet so far away :(

      Double sigh.. sigh... Nothing girl... I called on the 5th since it has been another 3 months since last report and requested ANOTHER report sent to the embassy asking what's going on with the case. My cased was updated on May 20th after that June 10th and 11th.. but nothing since :( I check every single day.. :(

      Im so sorry mi chula. I hate ur going through this. I know how hard all this is since i lived it. Mira....a year and a half after a denial and now is when i am getting closer to an end. Llora si tienes ke llorar kerida....tienes derecho de sentirte mal porke eres humana y amas con el corazon. The one thing that really helped me through this long rolercoaster is keeping faith.       Gracias eromano6981... I'm trying to keep my faith but this is so much harder than I expected and I miss my husband so much.. I have my life on hold because of all this..     This is BULLSHIT!!! I just called the Visa Specialist line to see what's going on with that report that they sent to the Embassy that I have waited again another 4 weeks. I guess they did get a response on March 5th saying that my case was put under AP again. And that I have to wait another 3 months.. How the ###### is that possible when I already was on AP and I have been in this process for almost 6 months!! OMg Dios mio ayudame.. dame paciencia ke ya no puedo mas.. ...

    YEs you are right it is terrible.. and I am doing my best to stay strong and keep positive but it's really hard when I have no support here.. If I felt lonely before I feel worse now... I'm sure God has better plans for me I just have to keep telling myself that.. :)
