I think the reason for your RFE is that you guys didnt send joint residential documents like Joint Lease Or Mortgage, Joint Bills with the same address.

I understand most of the time utility companies dont put 2 names on bills. I have only joiny electric bill, cable bill is in my spouse name (same address), Phone bill is on my name. Also try to send Drivers license Or ID with the same address, plus other documents.

zrtnl, Its better to ask them about status of case then sitting around and wondering. You did the right thing.Atleast they heard you.

It seems like there processing speed has come to a complete stop for I-751.

Seems like november 2011 processing has slowed down. I dont see that many approvals after Aug 10. I hope they will pick up speed.

You filed Nov 2 2010 or Nov 2 2011 ?

Write a letter explaining your situation and can you send:

driver license (same address)

Bills (Both name on it)

And other documents showing joint tenancy.

Send as much as you can.
