My EAD card is in production! Oh happy days.

Finally, applications for AOS & EAD to be sent tomorrow.

MMR and TDap imms yesterday. Cost $190.00. Liked the Distric Surgeon, so decided to register as a patient. Filing for AOS on Friday, 5 weeks after wedding date.

So now I'm here about 5 weeks, married for two and about to apply for AOS. Still very hapy and grateful to be with my guy but can't help but miss my old life sometimes. My new hubby is a star in his attempt to help me settle into life in the US. The least I can do is to reciprocate by inserting myself into daily life as much as I can...

We are now married. Our big day was June 22nd at his parents home. It was beautiful and intimate. Ceremony skyped to fam in SA! Thank you LORD for a perfect day.

Interview date at last!!

Waiting for visa interview feels as long as the wait for the NOA2!!! Called the Consulate lastrweek and was told to wait 3 weeks for the visa apt letter. NOA2 Letter states that we should be interviewed by 1st March! Here comes a heck of a phone bill!

A BLESSED New Year to everyone!!

Now we reach the end of what was in the main a FANTASTIC year to be in London, UK. The Diamond Jubilee, the Olympics and the Paralympics are memories I shall cherish for a long time. But the best day was on 23/04/2012, when the love of my life asked me to be his wife. Again, what a wonderful year....
