I passed the interview yesterday YAY. She said she will recommend me for approval. I brought 8lbs of evidence. NONE was needed lol.
She asked me 6 civic questions, to write in English and my English she said was really good. Ask how I met my husband. She actually complimented me for having the package so well organized. I was thinking : THANK YOU VJ members!.
I missed the oath by an hour because the interview appointments where so backlogged so now I have to wait until I get my appointment for the oath but YAY I passed.

Hi all. I have my interview 02/01 and I was wondering if my spouse has to be with me at the interview and what questions will they ask us. Should I expect the same questions, more or less, like the AOS interview ? Thanks

Received the mail! Interview is at February 1st!
-
On December 23rd I received an email and a notification that I was scheduled for interview and they send me a letter. I never received a letter.. So I be worried and call them or wait? It's been only a week but how far do they schedule their interviews?
-
It will be fine. I think it's the same think. We have one department of homeland security so it's ok.

Oh so the message says that we started the interview scheduling process for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXX We will send you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice.
So that means they WILL send me a letter? Because I also moved and I am terrified that I missed a letter.

Well I send my package of 4lbs on 10/04 and did not receive anything yet... Should I be worried?
They also did not cash the check yet
-
Ok, I just finished the whole package.. I think I am sending too much.. Is there a change to see my package with the extra evidence, cringe and deny me? I'm being paranoid now
the extra stuff I send are, 401k that show our names, car insurance, leases and some bills

You also need:
- photocopy of your current Legal Marital Status Document
- optional: evidence for part 12, question 9 (if you have ever been a member of organization, association, fund...).
Does it really require evidence for those?
-
Did you also wrote N/A or None to all the parts that are not applicable? Or left it blank?
-
Thank you! That makes it so much easier haha!

Thanks guys! I've done the same, as in, I crossed out "5 years" and wrote in "3 years" instead in all of the related questions.
So you crossed out on the n 400 form? It says on the instructions not to cross out anything. So you guys wrote N/A or None if you had e.g. Part 8 section 3 with nothing?
So I shouldn't write on another paper my address in other countries?

Hi guys,
it is that time again after ROC. This is the last step of my journey and I have some questions.
I am filling next week as a 3 year spouse and I am perplexed when it comes to evidence. For ROC I filled a 5lbs stack of evidence. I see now the people in this section of the forum say I don't need to send all the evidence from ROC + new ones but to have them in my interview.
1. Is this true? Won't I get an RFE for this?
2. I am freaking out because this year I did not take so many photographs with my husband, can I omit the photos?
3. My package is bigger than ROC this time. Gives me a headache on how do I send it? It an envelope ok or a small package?
Thanks,
