    Met Alan online in July of 1998. We became fast friends and pen-pals for about eight months. He came to visit in March of 1999. I knew I had fallen then. It took him four months later when he visited again in July! I had my first trip to England that October and for the past six years, it's been back and forth 4000+ plus miles every 3-4 months or so. Alan proposed in August of 2005 and we're busy gathering the evidence to prove to the nice immigration people that he's not my mail-order groom!

    Hi guys, help needed please! on Part 7 of th I-131 for Advanced Parole, it says to explain how Alan would qualify for advanced parole. I haven't a clue what I should put here. In fact, this whole form is confusing me. Possibly due to heat and lack of sleep, but confusing nonetheless. The example form seems contradictory. He would be filing for AP and not a re-entry permit, right? But the info for the AP indicates that it is used to bring inadmissable aliens to the US for a short time. So, if anyone could shed some light on this for me, and give me a hint what part to fill out, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Teresa
