    RECEIVED MY 10YEARS PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD TODAY! WAITED 7 MONTHS. CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER.

    Filed my REMOVAL OF CONDITION last Aug2015, did my BIOMETRICS last Sept2015. Called USCIS last Jan2016 they told me to wait for 6-8months for new 10yrs. green card, there's a delay in there approval because of backlog works, etc. WAITING GAME FACE ON!

      just nausea and threw up once, lucky enough :) stay away from anything that triggers it. hope you have an easier pregnancy :)

      tintin and mike: ur so lucky sis.. just got out from the hospital last night.. developed hyperemesis gravidarum!! instead of gaining I am losing weight :( that's why they have to hooked me on IV... I really hope so i will feel better soon.. thanks!!

    My GREEN CARD is finally on it's way! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH, DEAR LORD!!!! i went to post office before we left to give them our new address but it was useless they never forward it, I had to call over and over again to follow up on it with my tracking number. They just said it was undeliverable, and they return it to sender. So, I called USCIS luckily they said that they will forward my card here in MICHIGAN.. It was really confusing at first because everytime I called...

      make sure you'll go to the post office and forward any future mails to your new address. so if your GC will arrive after you have moved, it should follow your updated address. good luck!

      yes, sis.. i went to the post office before we left. but they never forwarded it to us here in MI.. I called the post office over and over again to follow up on my mail, but there was no luck. They just returned it to sender.. So, I will just wait for a couple of days sis.. thank u

    Just recived a leter today indicating a possible interview waiver case. Hopefully, less than 6months it is as they say. Hopefully, no interview at all.

      wala akong natanggap na letter of interview waiver.. narecieved ko lang was notice of approval.. then two days after na recieved ko na CGC ko..

      ahh, ganun ba ang sa iyo sis.. iba pala.. anyways, congrats again sis!! finally, tapos na pag hihintay mo.. sana makatanggap na din ako nang notice of approval before kami mag transfer nang state... hahay

    Just some thoughts: It's funny how people back home think of us here in the US as wealthy individuals with lots of "dollars" to send. They just don't know how hard earned money is. People back home are very demanding para lang pinupulot mo ang pera dito sa US. hahay, nakaka sad :( There are people who are inconsiderate and hindi nagpapa lamang. Sad but true!!

    Thanks guys, for the nice words! I know everything will be alright.. even AP&EAD are okay it would still be very nice if we have our GC so that there will be no more stress in waiting.. Hopefully, it will come soon! *fingers crossed* =) THANKS!

      iluvmy_hubbybunny : that's a relief to hear that someone here has a case like me.. yun, nga sabi nila okay nadaw yung AP/EAD.. pati state ID ko hinihintay ko pa, haaayyy..1month plus na hindi pa dumarating...

      have you heard about it na pag we don't receive any letter it means daw wala nang interview? i don't know if it's true? the GC will just arrive lang daw... bec.interview is USCIS discretion dependy lang daw talaga...

      I'd heard about.. Maybe so maybe we are lucky one.. Wat I've been doing is check my AOS status once a week.. Di ko parin nakikita ung sa status online hehhe..

      sana nga, hehehe... acceptance stage pa rin sa akin.. we called up USCIS and asked them why we didn't get any reply, they said all you have to do is just wait in the mail, that's it.. :)I guess we will just have to wait, there's nothing we can do. ;)

    hi sis,just want to ask if you guys had applied already for I-485? in our case we submitted the application last february but until now we did not received anything yet:( do you have any idea how long will it takes for the adjustment of status( green card) ? any idea will help.. thank you very much!!

      don't worry, you could use your combo card to work and fly out of the country. you should be good to go :)

    Got my SSN last November under my middle name, I have to change it to my Married name. We got married last December! Now, we just lodge our application for the Adjustment of Status! Hopedully, it will be fast! Thanking God for all the blessings!!
