I sent the DS 230 last week and just realized am not suppose to leave gaps on the dates on question 30, listing addresses

Do I wait for rfe or just correct this dates and mail to nvc

Should I wait for the rfe or just update the DS 230 question 30 and send it back,

I sent my iv package last Thursday and while going thru this forum realized a mistake that might get us rfe

There were gaps on the dates for question 30

From 10/198 to 11/2001

03/2002 to 09/2003.

01/2004 to present.

Wife grew up and lived in their hometown till 2004

The dates from 1998 to 2003 was school attended and they are in thesame locality. I am really confused on how to fix this .

Maybe I should just write 1998 to 2004 with same address since she was in living in their home town and attending school during this period.

Can you explain this further cos on question 30 it clearly stated begin with your present address and enter last date or present. If your current address is valid then entering present is not an rfe issue

I just sent my IV package yesterday, just wanted information on how long it takes to get interview date in lagos after CC , I know it is different for each embassy.

Need information on how long is taking us embassy in Lagos to interview cr1 after case is completed at nvc

I called nvc and was told to wait between 10 to 20 days.

Really tired of same information. No need to call as long as they have your email and other information. They will give same answer over again

NOA2 August 13, received case no and IIN August 30th, when I logged into the payment portal, it is still AOS not invoiced. Has anyone experience such delay. I am beginning to get worried.

i didnt submit any docs showing we were already married to lagos embassy, they just look at some pixs that seem traditional and also we have been together for a very long time. wifey always refer me as hubby on emails from day one. so i guess that fueled their suspicion!!! anyway, the new cr1 apps was approved 4 months after the interview denial, all is well that ends well!!!

just got approved today after 70 days csc. so happy.

this is my story, i filled k1 apps last july and it was apporved by uscis, lagos embassy declined it cos they said we are already married!!!!!. i traveeld back to nigeria and got married within 2 weeks of the denial and came back to us and filled a new cr1 apps. i am so happy that it took only 70 days for them to approve it once again. Now the next stage is the nvc and the long wait for interview. GOD HELP US
