      Finally got through to the embassy and asked them about our case and DHL. They said they were still working on our case and would finish in a few days or a few weeks. but that they hadn't sent anything to DHL. I guess DHL is just letting us know they are still waiting for the embassy to give them our package. Which is nice to be kept in the loop now that I know what it means. So nothing has changed in our case. but we still have hope
