My fiance' mailed his medical test back on Nov 24th, the website updated again in ap on Nov 27 and now today Dec 2 it says his visa has been issued!!!! sooooo happy. i can't believe we will be together soon. thank you everyone for your support :)

my faince' got his passport back to day, and our case was updated again nov 7, still says ap but at least it is moving

Congrats!! how long did it take for your Fience to get his passport back? did he get his visa yet? we just got out of ap yesterday, this is soo exciting good luck with everything

APPROVED!! Nov 4th my Fience got the call, the website still says AP but after he gets a new tb test and mails everything back to the embassy he will get his visa :) i can't believe it is finely approved after 11 ap updates finely!

Ap updatd again on Oct 30, and now again on Nov 4. Still in AP

AP updated again on aug 28th still in ap. also contacted my congressman, he sent an email to the embassy to ask how much long, but said that department of homeland security is in charge. but that sometimes by having a congressman call it keeps things from stalling

called the embassy, they said they are working on visas, and if we wanted an update to send them an email. we told them that we sent an email. they said to wait for a response. ap updated on july 17still in ap

AP updated from may 28, new update is AP june 27

Case Status updated, still in ap nothing has changed but they changed the date that they updated our case from may 22, to may 28.

you mean the embassy is closed tomorrow through saturday but happy holiday to you and yours

no nothing from the embassy I haven't Emailed them since last week, I was going to email again to ask them to update the interiew list, Not sure if that will annoy them or anything

The Embassy emailed me back, Saying the interview hasn't been schudaled yet, and they would let me know when it was. That was all they said. thanks for the info about the 129f

Hi Relshamy, I emailed the Embassy yesterday asking what the progress was. also asked about My I129f petition for fience visa becasue that expires april 6, don't know if that is a problem or not. still waiting to hear back, but I will keep you posted. good luck to you
