Hola..Congratulations on the approval. My fiance's interview is coming up next month. Cant wait...I'll be there with him, but i wanted to know: do we need to apostille the criminal record? and also, the birth certificate must be translated? Thanks!!

I went with Ele to the interview. Not sure if it helped or not. One thing though was I had put all the paperwork together in packets and Ele did not know eactly where each form was whcih seesm to upset the the first interviewer. The first on was a litle "mala leches" the second was a younger american girl that was more pleasant. Nothing notabel expct...make sure you go to the CORRECT line . I cant eremeber whcih one was correct..getting isn is very poorly managed and organized and not...

No word yet, but there are still a few hours left in the day.
I made my (almost) daily phone call to a tier 2 rep to check the status and was told the same thing "your case is WITH an adjuticating officer". I wish I knew the definition of "with" so I can have peace of mind that our application is physcially there. Congrats on your NOA2 approval @JustBreathe! We are ready to feel the elation of those magical words.

Hey guys, i just noticed we have similar timeline dates. I got my NOA1 on Oct30th but the USCIS says Nov6th...I hope you get a NOA2 soon too!..Good luck!

Got in contact with the office of Rep. of Congress Debbie Wasserman Schultz, i got the papers, so tomorrow i will be sending them in hopes of a near NOA2...fingers crossed!!

Hola Laura, Congratulations on the progress you have made on your journey so far. I remember when you started the topic of the October filers, i was one of them....i am glad to see you are getting closer to finally being with your fiance. California Service Center seems to be way faster at approvals, i heard. I got Vermont and even though my recepit date on NOA1 says Oct 30th the USCIS website says November 6th. I am currently still waiting to receive my NOA2 and it's been over 6 months.....

Congratulations on your approval, your story gave me hope since right now i am uncertain if i would be able to get a co-sponsor and i only have a part time job. I am trying to get a second job but i am just so nervous to make it work, i dont know what would i do if we get denied. I will pray to GOD every day in hopes that he takes care of us..Thanks for sharing your story!

Hi, i noticed you had sent your I-129F on August but have no other information on it, even though your case was supposed to be adjudicated by February...is it because you are still waiting or simply because you havent updated your timeline?? Sorry to ask, is just that i sent mine on November and i am curious of how long is it taking?...Thanks!

Hola, es bueno leer de historias como las de ustedes, en especial cuando uno pasa por lo mismo y tiene uno de esos dias q el tiempo y la distancia nos parece demasiado largo. Ojala ya pronto pueda estar en sus zapatos..junto a mi amado ya de una vez por todas..FELICIDADES!
