So you have receipt number correct? So usually what I do is I change the last number to go up or down and all the people that I checked around my number had the same NOA1 date of 02/24/2012 and I checked this info about 2 months ago... So now that I know they had the same NOA1 I go in and change the numbers Ill show you the example at the bottom... And everyone before me that applied for a 129F got approved within these last 3 weeks and that was 150+ numbers I went through before I found one unapproved....
Example: If your receipt is WACXXXXXXXX86
I do: WACXXXXXXXX87
WACXXXXXXXX88
WACXXXXXXXX90
WACXXXXXXXX91
WACXXXXXXXX92
Etc,
and you can do it backwards too!
PM if you need more help!!!
I do the same thing.
Mine is WACXXXXXXXX14
I checked 11 and 12- both approved this week. (same date as mine)
13 and mine is not approved.
15 and 16 again approved. (also same date as mine)
There is really no logic to it. All I know is that they're working on my date which is Feb 17th. Then why is mine not approved yet?

So CSC is approving March applications now. VSC really needs to pick up slack. Ohhh
So frustrating grrrrr....

Hit my 5 month mark today. No approval. No drumroll. Just sadness.
VSC really needs to be considerate of people's lives when they take their sweet time in adjudicating our petitons.
I mean seriously!!!!
I will hit my 5 month mark in 11 days, getting also very nervous and I'm starting to believe it won't happen any time soon. We filed at the CSC, looks like they rarely process within 5 months. Are you going to file a service request?

A little from column A and a little from column B. I also think there is a healthy dose of bureaucracy in there that slows things down. It wouldn't be a government agency without it!
Bureaucracy is the last thing you want to deal with when you're waiting to be with your loved one, all of us know how frustrating that can be

I hope one of us gets approved today! Fingers crossed and good luck everyone!

Seems NVC wait time jumped to 20 plus days too I see...another wait after the NoA2 for us then.
Why do they take so long? Do they have a lot of applications or not enough people to process them?

Thanks! I suppose being far away from my fiance for such a long time is starting to frustrate me. I hope it will get approved soon so we can be together again!

I also received my NOA1 on Feb 17th from CSC an haven't been approved yet.
I see that a bunch of February filers are getting approved, so I think my should be soon too.
Good luck!!

Mine didn't get approved yet
I'm February 17th, also CSC, hope they're not taking a long weekend after the holiday
Good luck everyone!

My fiance and I filed on Feb 17th, still no approval
How much longer can a couple wait without going completely crazy??! We haven't seen each other since December 14th of last year! It's been almost 7 months.
Should we expect to get approved soon?

Hi everyone!
My fiance and I received our NOA1 on February 17th from CSC. Although it hasn't been 5 months yet, the USCIS cannot tell us how much longer it will be until we hit that 5 month mark. What steps do we need to take after 5 months?
Frankly, the wait has been killing us and our relationship has taken a turn for the worse as we argue about paperwork all the time. Any of you out there who have filed in February and are still waiting for approval or have already been approved?
My fiance is in Chicago and we haven't seen each other since December 14th of last year. :'( Sometimes I wonder if the people at USCIS care at all about the couples having to spend so much time away from each other.
Does anyone have an idea how much longer it may take?

I think this website has offered me a lot of understanding and I've gained a better perspective on the whole process. But still, it hurts to see some March apliers being approved when we've filed in February. I'm happy for those who have been approved, but confused with the way USCIS is processing the petitions. There's not logic to it whatsoever.
Besides, checking this website and reading everyone's stories has become a new addiction. I'm glad to see we're all in the same boat, no one really undersands how much patience it takes to go thru this except the ones waiting.
I wonder how it would be if we all had a huge party together with our spouses, after all we all have something unique in common!
