  1. Hello everyone! I am sending my packet soon and was worried about the interview. Long story short, I moved to the US when I was a kid, 10 years old, with my parents on a tourist visa and overstayed for 9 years until I finished high school. After finishing high school, I moved to Italy and got my citizenship there. (my mom is Italian/Brazilian) I came to visit my girlfriend last year and used my Italian passport, and left within the 90 days given by the VWP. This year I came to visit her and we decided to get married as we did not want to spend any more time apart. Now, I have been with my wife for 5 1/2 years before we got married, I'm just afraid telling the IO that I met my wife in high school will get me in trouble for overstaying as a teenager. Any idea if this is something I should be worried about and what should I do? Thank you very much

  2. If anyone could help me, it would be much appreciated! My wife has been a full-time student for the past 4 years and has only worked part-time. She graduated in May and now she is starting her career as a registered nurse on July 23rd. Can she fill out the I-864 if she has already started working there? I mean on portions like annual income, can she put what she will be earning starting at the end of the month? or will she have to use her part-time work and we'd have to use a joint-sponsor? thank you!!

  3. Hello everyone, my name is Gabe. I am starting to get a bit nervous now about my AOS. I came to the US in March and my VWP ran out the 19th of June. While here, my girlfriend of 5 years and I decided to get married. We got married in May, within my VWP date and started filling out our paperwork. Because of an unexpected delay at the doctors office, and a 2 week delay on my X-rays coming back, I have overstayed my visa waiver. We are filing the paperwork this week and I wanted to know how much it will affect me that I have overstayed a few weeks. I would really appreciate any input! Thank you very much!
