    more then 3 months pass no contact from embassy .God knows when they contact me for documents or next interview.

    visa status always mention refused since they get them .no chnge although i request them lot of time by sending lot of email but no change.

    Got a hard copy from NVC and it still say that case is in isl and isl embassy say they dont have case ?

    why embassy was annoyed when i ask about my letter and sending them attachment about the letter from NVC ALSO I AM CONFUSE BUT NOONE HELP ME WHAT IS THIS ALL GOING ON?

    NO ONE IN NVC TO ANSWER YOUR QUERIES AND NO REPLY OF YOUR EMAIL,EVEN DOS IS CLOSED TODAY WHERE I GO AND FIND ABOUT ANY THING FOR MY CASE I CANT AFFORD ATTORNEY SORRY.

    Sad i have to spend eid again without him and my birthday also pass with out him .So nothing special for me this year.I dont know why people so excited when their petition reaffirmed it again take long wait and you never know how long.I am upset and sad.

    although i am approved but my case is still in USCIS now for 10 days.Again wait game its killing.

      we send them all the evidence its now 9 days but no response still from them make me upset even we didn't know when they reply us .

      Dumb and Dumber sent their reply to the USCIS 9 months ago and still have not heard back. They say that once you respond it is usually another 6 month wait at least. I hope that you hear sooner.

    Hi everyone we got letter today i which they ask few quetion

      They ask us to submit answer in 30 days there objection were following:

      .The petitioner is 12 years old then beneficiary,why?

      .The petitioner and benifecry were married twice.

      .The petitioner were married twice before to foreign nationals whom he petition for immigrant to us both time under spousal category.

      .The beneficiary could not credibly answer any question in regards to the petitioners life style and general preference.

      Its seriously very lame i lost all the hope seriously .Its shocking for me.In my family we marry any girl with almost same age difference as my.Yes i told her that we both married twice before so what this was written in our luck by Allah,Yes he married twice before because his birth country is pakistan and after marriage he can file paper in this category,they didnt ask me any question regarding his life styel or general prefrence,tell me is it us law that if person divorce any partner so he...

    180 days pass now and they say we have to wait for atleast another 3 months more our case is still under review.

      I'm sorry, this is such a time consuming process. My case is still in ISL Embassy and has not been sent back to the USCIS yet even. They have been holding it for 1 year in just 3 more weeks.
