255 days from the start we are FINALLY approved!
-
Perhaps... you should adjust your time line? At current it is stuck under recent approvals and will be there for the next two months...
-
253 days, no NOA2... Congressional inquiries, service requests, etc are no good. I'm at the end of my rope.
-
247 days with no NOA2. I am absolutely out of patience and full of anger at this point.

Wow, you guys finally got it! Congrats! They might not have replied, but might have sent in a congressional inquiry. Mine did and I did not know she had until I messaged her again inquiring as to what was happening. Anyways, we were FINALLY allowed to put in a service request today so hopefully that will get something moving for us. I hope you guys make it to each other in time for Christmas. I know that's our wish.

I don't think Congress can help at all. I'm not even sure what the point of a congressional liaison is anymore. It seems like maybe back in the day they were able to do some good, but now I get the feeling they are ignored just like your average citizen waiting through USCIS. Not to mention, I can't even get mine to return my emails at this point...

Nothing yet... I wrote my congressman to inform them our 30 days were up. Hopefully, this next week will bring us both approvals.

233 days with no NOA2 approval. We're going for a new record here!
-
226 days and counting. Will the NOA2 ever arrive? It's anybody's guess!
-
219 days and still waiting for NOA2. Sigh....

Hi! I actually answered that on your page. I'm not sure if you saw it, but yes... we have. They are sending in their second inquiry now, but I don't think it does a lot. I've read that it helps in some of these threads and that the USCIS I pushes them to the front, but it certainly doesn't appear that way to me.

6 months and 7 days.... Has anyone else been waiting this long?
-
Well, here's to hoping! I'm starting to get a little nervous they might have lost it. Waiting is one thing, but waiting for uncertainty is a bit more unnerving. I see you have yours though so congrats on that! Hopefully, it all goes smoothly!

Haven't heard of it, but.... We met in Second Life which, I always feel really dweeby admitting. We don't play anymore on there, but we used to do mostly writing together stuff. Now we play PS3 when we're looking for something to kill time while we await our visa.
-
So, we met while gaming too and I have to ask... What game were you guys playing?
-
Hah, cute story. Let me know if you find out where to get that back bacon! My Brit is already lamenting its absence from his life.

I absolutely hate it. I feel like my whole life is on hold. What's more is some people are still getting processed in the 5 months at VSC weirdly and some get shoved to the back burner. What's up with that?
