    After a week getting the approved NOA2, I couldn't wait and I had to call NVC. So after being on hold for about 30 minutes, a live lady spoke to me & asked for my USCIS receipt #. It didn't show up. Then I informed her that I just got the NOA2 email last Friday. She told me to give time for the file to get to them & wait 15 business days before I call back. So it wasn't too painful. I'm just impatient! :D
