Please i'm going crazy here. I petitioned for an ex fiance in 2007 and withdrew the petition after getting my approval and No2. Suprisingly i never followed up on the withdrawal because i never thought i would find myself filing for someone again. I sent out my new fiance petition sometime in August of this year 2012 and something told me to check the receipt of my old petition. It looked like it was not officially withdrawn and was sent back to NVC. I've sent out multiple withdrawal letters since then and i'm not getting any feedback or confirmation. I'm tired of speaking to people on the phone and not getting the answer i am looking for. I'm just hoping it does not have any effect on my new petition. What do i do because this is the forth time i am sending the same withdrawal letter to Vermont and they keep claiming they are not getting the letters

I used facebook , that use skipe, very good.

i visited my fiance 13 times, stay 3 months each, and they put me in AP for almost 6 weeks, the only red flag that i have is age gap.

I don't undestand is they kept the passaport why they request the passaport? thanks if you can explain because in my case they don't keep the passaport in AP

Our case was already transferred to Cuba as of last Tuesday 9/11/12. I already know our case # since I spoke to NVC. But, Im not sure when exactly I can schedule the interview, I have heard and read something about him having to receive the packet with documents checklist. but do I have to wait for him to receive in order to schedule the interview or can I schedule it before? any feedback will be greatly appreciated! look for someone from Cuba. maybe they know, in venezuela you have to wait around 2 weeks when they transfer to the embassy , to call and schedule the interview, but maybe Cuba is diferent.

Mi fiance tampoco habla ingles entonces le pregunte al consulado de los EEUU en Chile y me dijieron que no ahi problema puedo mandar todo en Espanol. He hablado con varios de diferente paises sur americanos y le dejan que todo esta en espanol. Pero debes escribirle un email an consulado de EEUU en Venezuela para estar 100% segura. Pero no te preocupes estoy casi segura que todo puede estar en Espanol.

Quisiera saber amigos de Venezuela o paises hispanos, si las planillas que hay que entregar en la entrevista pueden ser en espanol, porque mi fiance no habla ingles, y pienso que sera mas facil. Listing the primary job is fine, but you might want to include 'See attachment' if you are including an attachment. You can just put the other two on the attachment, or you can list 'See attachment' and list all 3 on the attachment as I previously mentioned.

I just log on to the USCIS website just now and found that our petition has been approved after 181 days. I'm shocked because I wasnt expecting it. I'm soooooooooooooo happy! woooooooooooooooooooooow!!!!!!
