I want my mum to come vist me, she's filling out the form, is it right to say she coming to vist me her daughter, so she should say, just visiting family,or she's coming for tourism, will she put my address, a lot of people say,she has to proof, strong ties, I dont want me our my husband get involved, cos am a green card holder, expecting my citizen ship, say 2yrs frm now, so they wilnt assume i want to keep her, and adjust status.secondly she has traveled to uk and India, but during one of her vist to the uk, she overstated her visa, but she back to her county, will that be a read flag

It would be nice if you filled out your timeline. This has been an all day back and forth and you could have just said "I am in the US and haven;t received my green card can someone help me". Good grief.

USCIS is taking about 8 to 12 months to approve petition. Then you have another 2 to 4 months at NVC. Then 2 to 4 months waiting for interview, You are looking at 12 to 16 months.

You are married over 2 years means you would get the IR-1 (10 year green card) once approved and you arrive in the US..

no I didn't, I taught the Will just send it to me, cos the took my documents @ poe,& I hv paid for the green card,

it is a spousal visa, we hv bee married fot more than 2 yrs,I learned they will send it within a month, but is 2 month's now and I haven't gotten it

I would refer spousal visa, I tried fiance it was denied, I had to wed, then did spousal, yes it takes some time, more chance to get approved, if u hv good evidence, her green card process will be easier

are u a us citizen, if yes , report birth abord&apply for baby us citizen passport, is easier, that what I did with my baby too, my. case was already at nvc, I didn't include my baby in my case.both of are in d us now

we received one too, u have to send more pictures like 30 or more of yr wedding, especially with friends& family, call logs, emails, chat, evidence of any joined property,or sny insurance including you, d baby has know nothing to do with it, I started my along the way I got pregnant, I did include my baby when ee started, cos I wasn't pregnant,they treat the application separate, I only went with my baby on my interview he want even included in my interview, get a lot of evidence to prove the marriage, children are additions, yes thier birth certificates e will help, but focus more on evidence for marriage,which is what thr requested, then we got a lawyer,& invoved a senators, am in us wu th my baby now, at most they send for dna, but the kids are in us already, no needs, it would hv been a problem, if you were looking for thier own passports, much luck

U must apply personally, what happened to me I went, the told me 10d days, I came back after that the said 15 days , so they took my data , I filled a form, when the dys were completed , they filled in for me, and called me the have started processing, so I didnt need to come back, am still waiting , for them, it will be sent by post.but my son's own took only two weeks, cos he's a citizen, & with green card

U have to wait for 16 days before u apply, I went the told me to come back after 16 dys, no fees, just gi with yiur passport, & birth certificate

Pls who signs on a minor us passport,to make it valid,mother or father?or us citizen parent,or parent that will travel with child?

The passport is a us passport , his father is a citizen,what will be the best answer to that question?he's work, & finance,also my hubby feels their is no need, since the baby us passport has been given, they can't turn it down.will this answer be a re flag.! Pls help

They will tell you to give them 20 working days,it may not get up to that as soon as get the copy they will accept & let u know that they have gotten all they want, & let u know about Yr interview when a date is fix . Staple the doc, don't forget to write Yr case number on each paper, write ur name , case number at d back of Yr passport Always make photocopies before you send out, they could be careless at times.

I got same too,just resend it to be on a safer side,then let the petitioner call to know if they receive it,maybe is with them but yet to be reviewed,

We began filling October 2011, after Rfe which we sent enough , d case was denied, our lawyer reopened d Case. Since september 2012, till now no response, am a about to deliver a baby, what option do I have after delivery for my babys visa, pls advise what do I do
