ur subject would only have ur receipt # nothing else, everything else goes in the body of email.

i email them even before they had my case #...

so email them with ur receipt # and ask them "can I please have my case # and Invoice Identification number. Make sure ur subject is receipt #, and then in email, include following....petitioner's name, birth date and email....and beneficiarie name, birth date and email (always put last name den first name)

sorry forgot to say they do communicate with email, bec lots of ppl send email to nvc...u will get maybe next day or next week...but they do communicate with email

also when u call nvc ask them for Invoice Identification number. after sending the Ds3023, wait for maybe 3 days n den try to logon to online payment to pay AOS and IV package fee. If u get message with "you can't make payment right now....", this is good sign, bec they might be generating ur AOS and IV fee. wait for one day, it should change it..if u still have question, feel free ...
