Hey! Well, they received our packet 3 on July 4 via Xpresspost and I got an email on July 6 and it was my packet 4!!! Couldn't believe it. The earliest interview appointment available was only 17 days away. I am going to Momtreal this Thursday for the medical on Friday and heading back to Montreal again for the interview on the 23rd! Momtreal is on fire!!! ...

I sent an e-mail to MTL back on June 15 asking if they had receieved our case from NVC. I got a reply back last night. They said my packet 3 was sent out June 27 and they gave me a link to the packet 3 forms online. It was the April 2012 version.

My packet was received by MTL on July 4. Expecting an email containing packet 4 shortly!

Whoop! Super excited right now. At this rate, I'll be booking my interview & medical sometime next week! Can't wait! Thanks LisaNDakin's!

Hi 3-4D! Just wondering if you ever received Packet 3 in the mail? I didn't wait. Once I heard from DOS that Montreal had sent out packet 3, I went ahead and filled out all the forms. They should recieve my packet today.

Thanks 3-4D. I will do the same. I don't feel comfortable putting the pictures on the form myself. I just wish there were directions for all of this! I feel like I'm walking blind when it comes to the paperwork.

Another quick question for you. Did you glue/staple your 2 inch x 2 inch pictures to your submitted Packet 3 forms?

Ok, I guess I should do the same thing then. I was going to send via Xpresspost but noticed the 'courier reference ID' on the bottom of the packet 3 checklist. So, I guess I will register for DHL in order not to leave that blank on the list.

Hi Gillian. Quick question: Did you use Canada Post Xpresspost to send your packet 3 to Montreal? Or did you sign up and send via DHL?

I called the DOS today to see if Montreal had received our case. No luck yet! But I'm thinking it will be there by Friday. Seems to be going quickly lately...there's not too much of a backlog.

Sorry. That cut off. Meant to say that I'm worried about booking the interview. I'll be devastated if it comes up "no interviews available".

Well, knowing that they recieved the package is good news in itself. That must mean it's logged into their system. It will probably be another 2 weeks before we actually get packet 3 in the mail but I'll call the end of the week to see if it's been sent. If its sent, I'lll send packet 3 in! Hello! We have VERY similar timelines. Just wondering if you called DOS to find out that Montreal received your case? I'm in exactly the same boat. The NVC sent my petition to Montreal on June 15.

Hi Gillian! Looks like our process is very similar. You should update your timeline! Haha Our petition is at the NVC and was assigned a Montreal case # today. Still a ways to go for us so I'm very interested in how long it took you to get an interview date!

Patiently waiting for Vermont to forward our case to NVC so they can assign our Montreal case #! So far, this has been the worst wait. Not knowing if it could be a few days or a month! Ahhh!

I'm also waiting our our case #. NVC has yet to receive our info from Vermont. It's frustrating! I really hope it shows up next week and a case # is assigned quickly!

We got our NOA2 yesterday, got the NOA1 January 26th....So, even better news: I think yours will show up early next week!
