    Hubby received his SSN and ITIN in the mail yesterday, he's so ready to find a job.

    I just called to check on my case with the NVC and to my surprise .... I GOT OUR INTERVIEW DATE!!!! I can not wait until April 8th, what a great b-day present (I can't stop smiling)

    I sent off the IV packet and my AOS (again after I received a RFE) so I'm just waiting. Pretty much what I've been doing, waiting lol. How's yours coming along??

      he paid $1650RD for the passport and $600RD to legalize his birth certificate

      Email your DS3032(Choice of agent) used the template that is found here. And you will need the following from you husband You need your husband to send you a signed DS230 PT1 only, you will also need a copy of his biograhical passport page, 2-2x2 photos of him, an original acta de matrimonio inextensa and acta de nacimento inextensa and legalizada, orignal papel de buena conducta.

      Just to update everyone, today I was checking my case status like I do everyday and it finally found my case in their system and said its in initial review. I'm so happy!!! Check yours on the USCIS website :)

    After calling USCIS multiple times I finally spoke with someone who actually cared and wanted to help me and answer my questions, there's just too much beuracracy in this process!!
