I forbid to spend 95 a night so I am going to stay at Jardines which is a block away from the Old Embassy and is about a 15 minute driver to the new embassy location.....

Yesterday my husband and I received our interview date. I know back then there was a link on here with the procedure of the medical they need to take. It had all the information such as pricing what to bring and what not to bring. Does anyone remember that link?

You have to send an email to NVC about the reason why you need to expedite your petition. Then from 1-2 weeks they will respond back to you about it. My manis Noelia just had that done and can be very helpful for you

Im just missing hubby like crazy

I did get a checklist and they received the document they supposedly didnt receive on June 11th. They did say is taking about 6 weeks.

This is killing me

I realized is best to call after 9pm. You will get a busy signal but the agents at night gives you better info...In the morning they sound miserable. My opinion.

First off, are you applying for CRI1? If so, I am also waiting on the interview date but before that you have to get a case closed. Which means NVC received all the required documents (AOS, IV packet). If you didnt get a checklist it takes them 30 days to to review the documents and almost another 30 to give you an interview date. Good Luck

I used the 864EZ with no worries

DId you send both the AOS packet and the IV packet? If so, NVC normally states it will take them 30 days to review for the packets and once you get the CC(case complete) NVC states it will take another 30 days to get an interview date. I can be sooner but that is their "THING" "30 Days".

I am also waiting on the case complete right now.....

you have alot of waiting time to deal with my love. You will definitely need the patience on this process. I was waited 6 months for my NOA2. I am now on the NVC stage and that right there is a waiting time as well. Te deceo mucha suerte amor.

You will another another Police Certificate just because in DR is only valid for 30 days. That is why you need to have another. For the interview I would recommend to have another copy of the BC and MC. Just in case they misplaced. That way you are ahead of the game. Remember you have to go prepared. Bring all the copies of the packets you sent to USCIS as well to NVC and the original BC and MC and the passport photo that is no more thank 6 months old.
