      We are fine. Hubby says he loves life here with me :) We both miss Kosovo and want to go back to visit family and shop a lot and drink coffee at the coffee bars, but that will be later, maybe next year.

    Our case has FINALLY been sent back to the USCIS for review. Now we wait again for about another year.

    It's 1 year since being denied and we don't know why yet. ISL Embassy still has not sent our case back to USCIS. Every correspondence with them says that they are preparing to send it back but they never do. Why do they lie?

      08/29/2012 File received back at NVC and forwarded to CSC

      09/10/2012 Received a NOA 1 & Text Message that file was sent to California Service Center where they will make a decision on our case.

      05/29/2013 Reaffirmed by USCIS without any appeal process

      Embassy

      07/02/2013 The Embassy called my husband for packet 3.

      07/11/2013 My husband sent in packed 3

      07/17/2013 Embassy refused our case yet again without an Interview cancel...

    I'm so frustrated and stressed out with this system and process. I checked with all of the departments again today and they said that our case has still NOT been sent back from ISL Embassy. How can we move forward if they don't do their part?!?!?!?!?

    Praying that someday soon they will finally send our case back to the USCIS ad give us the right to appeal. It has been almost 9 months now since they denied us. I love my husband and just want to share our lives together.

      My i-601 waiver was approved and i m in AP Now.

      you can read my review on my timeline. 3 of us were denied within 1 week by the same CO. We won't know the reason until we hear from USCIS but she accused us all of fraud. We do not qualify for 601 unfortunately. 212(a)(5)(a) was marked and she did not check the box that we can appeal.

      Yes i know and now i am waiting what result did anas and ayesha get from USCIS so atleast we have one experience or you can say idea what possibally we can get.

    Happy New Year. I pray that 2013 will bring us all some happiness and end our waiting. I just can't imagine another year of being apart. No news yet. It has been over 6 months and they still have not sent our file back to the States.
