    I need advice on how I can get my husband to sign the DS-3032...can he fax me a signed copy so I can mail it? or should I send an email choosing me as choice of agent on his behalf? what have my fellow vjers done to get around this?

      well they dont have his email address on file so can I just log into his email and send it to them myself on his behalf? he has very very limited access to email

      Okay, if you have access to that, then you can do it yourself.

      You need to call nvc, provide yours and his email address and then send ds-3032 from his email address appointing you as his agent.
