  1. Look at the dates. VSC were processing I-129Fs from 16th April on 30th October. It's now a month later, so they are probably around 16th May, hence your approval.

    VJ says VSC is processing April 21st files. I files on April 30th.

    Hmm...I guess USCIS couldn't make a mistake so I should just go celebrate. :)

    I would like to get some advice here.

    My fiance, a US citizen, mailed the I129F package on April 27th and we have already received NOA1.

    However, we realize we have made a mistake when filling out the I129F form.

    There was one question about my fiance regarding his citizenship.

    We were supposed to check "through birth in the US" but we checked "through parents".

    Now that we have received NOA1, should we do anything to correct this error?
