pink niru can you help me plz !!!! my pd is sep 2002 i just have my case no and i dont know when will nvc send me coa ......................whether it will be by mail ...........or email .........if by email how thts possible i have not provided email to nvc ..........................................moreover to fill coa online they need invoice id .....i dont have that too ...............................plz someone help and reply plz
My dear Friend as most of the communication from NVC are through online/internet mode you must create you Email ID and update that to NVC . once you do that then they will update you all the information through that mail. Do that ASAP .

No..i'll do it when the vb would be showing feb 2002..the checklist that i received from nvc states that pcc is required from regional passport office. It does not mention police station anywhere. That's why I was confused.
when you through Passport office and request them both they will give letter from local police station and stamp on passport. What is your PD?

No, not necessarily I have an invoice ID but did not receive any email request for AOS fees. When I log in it still shows not invoiced .
And when I emailed the nvc , they answer that still waiting for priority date to get current.
What about appearance of name of PETITIONAR ? In my case it was not their previously but now it is there along my other names ? What does it reflects ?? Have anybody seen the same thing .

How it effects f4 visa....m not agree with u....more over f4 2002 will move fast....some lawyer told me that PD nov2002 will get current with in 7-8 months.....
Jolly is absolutely right ,Friends let's not create Confusions . Even if the amnesty thing happens it just gives them Temp. Permit and there is complete Process for that. I think worst is over for F4 and now if not very fast the speed will be reasonably good .

Yes, none of the three names are listed now. I guess because they are all over the age of 21. Only the husband and spouse.
if this the scenario then I think CSPA is no more applicable for F4 .

Almost 2,25,000 F4 applications are pending in India.
If we calculate 10,000 applications accepted per year than the waiting time is more than 22 years

I think his case got completed after his PD became current..that's why he received interview in September month.
Absolutely , They are just send interviews to the " left out " Cases and I think no fresh cases.

According to this, people are getting interview letters after their pd gets current, i.e. after the visa bulletin is released...
So i guess still there is a hope for the movement in upcoming visa bulletin...though no one has received interview letter yet !!
This is quite a riddle , Those people who became current in Aug.VB must have interviews in August , How come he is getting letter of interview . This might have been left out cases . May be if somebody has understood it better.
