K-1 Visa, Port of entry did not give my fiance a I-94. CBP is closed because our government is on furlough. What do we do? The arrived Sept 25th.

Let's not be so harsh! 1 She's in review for her Nursing License exams. She is taking those on June 2 and 3. Her dream is to pass her exams and passing them also makes her eligible for those states that require the license. Colorado doesn't require them but I'm an airline employee and we will certainly move in the future. So, her passing is priority, period.
