Yaklasik 3 hafta once congressman'a email attim fakat bir sonuc alamadim bugun bi email daha attim bakalim ne olucak.. Yemin ediyorum sabir diye bisey kalmadi!! Seriously this is getting RIDICULOUS man!! There is No One left with PD sep 2011 but me idk what else to do about it.

####### !!! uscis stoped approve 2011 filler and now they're working on 2012 fillers!! they don't make any sense.. we are current but no approval yet..

Uscis answer service request in a couple of days so you should get email by wed and probably you gonna get this answer...

"Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days"

I received that twice!! they don't really care about if you are waiting for so long time and your case is out of normal processing time!! They dont have first come first served rule no more. You gotta have have 2 things to get your noa2 luck or honorable congrassman

They sent me another 45 days notice! And they updated my address last monday so called 2tier he didn't wanna answer my questions. Im pissed and upset but i guess i have to wait lil more time my friend.

I think Beatka has not have his Approval yet, he replied to someone else who received his/her approval!

I agree with luislen!!! There must be something wrong! You should send a email to uscis and see if they gonna answer the same thing. Also what i know is some new hire representative don't know too much about processing time and sometimes they are just guessing!

That dont mean anything singjay my pd is sep 21 2011 still waiting for noa2. I called uscis to fill inquiry last friday bcos my case is out of normal processing time but when i checked my case status today they updated my adress and i didnt even change my address . idk what is going on! Im lost

I called uscis couple times all they have to say is just WAIT.. I told them this is what i have been doing last 2 years wait and wait

I sent a letter to congressman today and i'm expecting my noa2 sometime next week. So im encourage you to do the same thing mily7.

I think i'm gonna take Omnia's advice and ask help from congressman. But Uscis send me a letter says i'm gonna receive my noa2 in 45 days. But I'm not sure if they gonna wait exactly 45 days or lil earlier ???

Another 45 days? I can't believe it. That will make it just about 23 months for them to decide on I-130. That's shocking and is a record amount of time. After that it's another 2-3 months minimum for consulate processing to go through This is insane and is just plain ridiculous I'm so sick and tired of uscis!!
