I received my NOA 2 but my wife now wants a divorce how do I cancel the visa. I have not payed any thing for the AOS or the DS260. This just turned out to be a big waste of my money. I won't go into the who story but I spend over 20K helping her build a Apartment. I hope all I have to do is call do I have to send letter I have three visa to cancel her and the two daughters. I have not giving up on love if I find someone how long do I have to wait next time will be K1. Thanks for all your help

My question is about AOS I have three application my wife and two minor daughters. I read I just have to pay one fee for AOS how do this and show it for all the applications. Thanks

I just got my paper work from home land security. This should have my numbers to start the process. I am not at home just got the papers how long do I have to respond

Guys and Girls please remember that this is a government that goes at there own speed. I am in the same boat my application was approved December 23 and sent the 26. I realize all of us want to be over this long process. I just want you to remember we are further alone than those that are still waiting for NOA2. I am saying this because I think some people have lost perspective wanting everything to happen fast. Our government does not care it obvious when most of us contacted our Senator and Congressman and nothing happened. I agree with everyone who is frustrated and this should be much faster. I want to help your mind now its time to go with the flow just know it is going forward. I think there are two many people forgetting how many of us are now approved and again we are in this log jam together. What if you were to use a debt card to transfer the money. I am looking into this since most the people here in Brazil will except a debt card for payment of bills. There are alway fee so you might want to explore the different in cost also the HSBC idea give a bank present in the US. I think they required a certain amount to qualify for a international account.

I have a question if anyone has been able to put there wife on a Debt card. I am just a NOA2 approved stage was wondering if this is possible. I have been able to put her name on two credit cards. I am still visiting my wife so do not have any update about my case in NVC. My NOA2 was approved December 23 and sent on December 26. I will be back home in February so I hope that is enough time for my case to be processed. Then ready to summit more document and pay more money. LOL. I was wondering should we do another spread sheet to track how long this is taking like the March chart I was one. It helped to at lease keep track and hope. Your information is somewhat confusing the reason I am saying this is the process. I am going through the I-130 visa process I think is the same thing. NOA1 March 19,2013 transfered to Nebraska 11/5/2013 NOA2 12/23/2013 sent to NVC 12/26/2013 next step wait for new case number and IMI number. Then pay fee AOS and DS-260 and summit these documents also DS-261 then send originals document to NVC who will then forward them to consulate for interview to be setup. It look like you are saying you got NOA2 and then interview date?

I just spoke to the lady that filled out my paperwork and asked her if there was anything I could do she said no so I said ok how long will it take for him to get his visa she goes 4 to 6 months and now I am seriously depressed. If I knew it would have taken soo long I would have planned to spend new years with him?

I think you are talking about a service that you pay to do your paperwork? No one really knows I just got lucky is the way I see it.

I had my family fill out the DS-230 now I see we have to do this online with DS-260. I want to fill this out for them since there english is not very good. I want to know if I still can fill out there DS-260 and DS-261. I just got my NOA2 12/23/13 and sent 12/26/13 to NVC. I am out of the country visiting my Family I have to money to send is there a way to get the numbers I need to process the applications other than calling or getting the mail. I wanted to thank everyone who has contributed to this great exchange of experience and kindness. I could not have got through the first half from NOA1 to NOA2 with out this groups support. I got lucky after looking at the March filers. I thought I would give you what I did that may have helped. Here is a short recap of my journey I filed in March 19 received at NBC after 4 month contact my Senator and Congressman also went for info pass in that month. Response was could take 12 months no action. I did not call any time. November I was resigned that my NOA2 would never come then got transfer notice 11/5/13 to NSC. I had another Infor pass on November 17 they said two of my three application were in the system these were the two children. No action again on my 9 month date I email NSC and ask what was my status and again no answer. The only thing that did happen I was approved on 11/23/13 for all three NOA2. I do not know if this helped but I am only 1 of three people who were approved in the March 19 group. There were people who were sent earlier and after my date of 11/5/13. Thanks to everyone for your good wishes and I hope this my help you get your approval.

I do not know how it works in United Kingdom I just use credit cards as much as possible. My wife has one I have given to her to use no problem. This way you can carry as much money as the card holds. I also just take out from ATM just what I need for taxi most everything you can buy is with credit card. Pay it off before the next payment no interest. I found with credit card no fees for international transactions and get the best rate. This way I keep my money in US and can pay online the credit card and get air miles. I am in South America no problem with this also I would suggest you carry your licence and a copy of your passport for proof it works for me.

I hope this helps it look like NSC is working on Transfers they received on 11/5 does not matter what your application date. There is a March spread sheet that sort of show trend. CSC seems to be the quickest I think they even processed April filers. TSC is the slowest but has jumped ahead some time I think to make there record look better. TSC seem to be sending RFE to a lot of people. I hope you get your approval

Just got my NOA2 approval 12/23/2013 by text. I am not at home I am in Brazil with my family till February. I will not be there to receive my packet but my mail is safe with my friends. I have a couple of questions I have read that filing for the DS 230 is now electronic is this for all consulates. I am confused how many photos do I need two more each or four of each person. My consulate will be in Brazil for interview. I already have the document needed and the DS-230s filled out. I have one last question AOS I am applying for My wife and Two minor girls I heard I just need one fee. The AOS can be use for all three application is the right and how do I make NVC understand this. I can not believe it happen. I just got a early Christmas present. All three of my I-130s got approved today. March date 19 2013 transfer to NSC on November 5 Approval 12/23/13 for NOA2 TOTAL of 44 day from transfer notice. I am in Brazil with my family crazy tomorrow we celebrate with whole family. I am also the same transfer date no response. I even sent email since my transfer was 40 days and my date for applications was 9 months. I went on info pass November 17 was told two of my three application had been logged in as being reviewed. There has been no action so my option they just lie to get rid of you

Yesterday was my 9 month Anniversary of no approval of my NOA1. I celebrate with my wife in Brazil. I think the way thing are going my real anniversary of being married 1 year will come before my NOA2 is January 15. So Thank you Immigration for your incompetence and having no carrying about families being torn apart for years.

I not made at the people approved. I am mad at the system. Every time I someone get approved that sent in their application after mine it sucks

I have a question I am out of the US now visiting my family. I have nit been approved my transfer date was November 5 to NSC. When people are getting approval notice is this only by snail mail. Since I am not at home to receive my mail.

I read in earlier post someone said you could ask after 30 days. you are correct it does say this in the letter also I think you can ask to have it expedited. I just think you have to keep them accountable I mean being a pest.

I just sent a email asking about my case to NSC. its been over 30 days to be exact 40days since my files were transferred. Course they have not answered typical. I wish there was a way to make accountable.

I was thinking if we could do a fax blast. My idea is to shut down there fax machine once a week for a month. Here is how this could work. We need to choose a Monday, Wednesday or Friday. We choose a service center like NSC or TSC we may want to leave CSC since they seemed to be the only one working. We just fax our application number with transfer date to the center also ask for a date of process of our application. If enough of us do this we may get more action then non action we been getting from both our Representatives. We to publish the fax of the center we are faxing. I am out of the US with my family. I encourage anyone who has been transfered.
