waiting for background checks to come back and was told to wait another 60 days. We finally got the NOA2 after waiting 32 days into that 60 day period...a total of 285 days...I hope part 2 goes better and ###### luck to you guys, its a painful process...almost inhumane i hope this answered your questions..if it didnt hit us up again.....Darrell

Thank you. We received the RFE on 7/6/12 because i submitted a copy instead of a cert copy of the final div. judgmt. Mailed it and they signed for it on 7/16/12 but they didnt acknowledge it until 7/23/12. Waited the 60 days for a response and had to call for an inquiry 0n 9/21/12. Our NOA2 was 1/18 and our RFE reply was on 7/23 for the exact same reason as yours(original divorce papers). I see that your NOA2 took 83 days from the RFE reply, we are at 57 days today.
